Meet Kelly
Kelly was born and raised in Bountiful, UT. After a life-long love of animals, she began her journey into the canine world when she adopted her first puppy in 2016. Kelly quickly learned that there was more to training a dog than she knew, and developed a passion for learning how to best communicate with her pup in the most fair way possible. Kelly worked professionally as a trainer in Montana before deciding to widen her training knowledge by attending Tarheel Canine Training’s school for dog trainers. She was able to hone her skills in different types of reward and developed a love for off-leash training. She is a certified Master Trainer through Tarheel Canine and has experience training police and military K9s in addition to a wide variety of pet dogs. Her passion is to teach owners how to recognize and honor the individuality of their own dog and build a strong relationship through body language, communication, and play. In her free time Kelly enjoys training tracking and detection, and hiking with her pups in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.
